Meet our Staff

Hector is a Senior Program Manager overseeing the Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) program at The Center in Hollywood. Hector ensures compliance with regulations, making sure policies and procedures are in place. His goal is to cultivates leadership skills in staff and act a resource for the team in problem solving and resolution with complex issues.

Working alongside with participants and their case manager, Hector monitors, tracks, and reports to/and contracts outcomes on a weekly basis to the Department of Health Services (DHS). Hector works with some of the most medically vulnerable people who are both unhoused and housed. A Los Angeles native, he is committed to helping end homelessness in his hometown.

Fun fact: Hector once participated as a volunteer for The Center in Hollywood while in high school.

His expertise include: Knowledge of homeless services, working with the homeless population and provide staff the best positive resolution of case management duties.
