The Coordinated Entry System is a no-wrong-door system that connects individuals experiencing homelessness to housing opportunities throughout Los Angeles County.

The Center at Blessed Sacrament employs two full-time staff members to rally community support and secure housing for this effort.

This system triages individuals experiencing homelessness in order to connect them to the proper social services and housing.  Due to the housing crisis in our city, our team is dedicated to seeking outside-the-box opportunities for individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.
